If you think that France has been the world’s most popular tourist destination for over twenty years, you can’t help but wonder what the fuss is all about, right?
Several of our trips have taken us to France, where we have eaten, observed and interacted with different aspects of the country and the folks who call it home.
We have mainly explored Paris and, as much as we love spending time in the city, we think there’s a time of the year when Paris is very pleasant, and a few months when you’ll experience that even locals get fed up with visitors.
We also think it’s time travelers put aside most of the cliches associated with Paris, and start thinking about this city as the happening multicultural metropolis that it really is!
