Italy is one of our favorite countries to drink, eat and be merry!
In the Emilia Romagna region of the country, we did a small road-trip to explore the countryside and the food industries present in the area. That was the day when we stood inside a room alone, with 35,000 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese!
In Bologna, we learnt that spaghetti bolognese is not even a thing, and so we took a cooking class to learn how to make the real deal instead.
