Walking around Acapulco we came upon this absolutely awesome sand sculpture!
The piece celebrates the Day of the Dead in Mexico which is a very interesting festival that is a fusion of European and Native American cultures. The day is meant to honor the dead.
In this picture we see a couple celebrating with some fruits and bread of the dead!
