There’s something particularly charming about visiting a beautiful place off season. I mean, specially when it comes to a natural landscape, who’s to say what’s on or off season? Something happens all year round anyway!
We went to Glacier National Park, in the border between the US and Canada, right before the summer season of 2013 started. This meant that lodging around the national park was cheaper than usual and, even better than that, we had the park almost for ourselves! During the 2 days we explored the different parts of the park, we must have come across less than 20 people in total!
The snow was starting to melt, as if nature itself was getting ready to receive the summer crowds. And we were there to warm it all up for whoever came next!..
