Bacon is Magic!

There is nothing better than having a complete breakfast on a lazy weekend morning!

While we were living in the Middle East, cooking Friday morning breakfast was one of the highlights of the weekend for me: eggs, pancakes, toast, hash-browns… all but bacon! The bacon you get in Dubai is mainly beef bacon or turkey, and that’s just not the same!

Here in Latin America, breakfast with bacon is not that common either but when we’re lucky enough to come across some crispy bacon strips… we go for it! And that’s what we did today!
