Spotted in one of the most iconic places in New York City, Times Square, these creatures were roaming around looking for tourists.
Were they friendly offering cookies and hugs around?! Oh no… those are the Cookie Monster and Elmo from the past! Now they click photos with the tourists and charge for it!
