We’ve really been enjoying the culinary adventure that we’ve been having in the USA.
Food is a great part of culture and connects you to the people of a given place. This is an amazing salmon and cream cheese bagel that we had in Santa Rosa, California. The salmon is Norwegian, not very sustainable but delicious nonetheless!
If you come to the US, do not miss the bagels, and the donuts, and the waffles… and I could go on for quite a while!
