It's really close to the East part of the park.
The official gate is a good 20mins drive away (as far as I can remember) but the area of interest starts much before, right there, past the East Glacier Village.. that's where you can get all services, supplies, etc.. and even tours for the park. Otherwise, a car or bus ride is needed.. but during summer season, if you don't have car, you can navigate all around the park by bus! And to reach, you travel by AMTRAK train and the stop is right next to the lodge!

I love those kind of cabins. Looks like a great place to stay while exploring the park. It's 10 minutes to town, how far to the park?

This place looks so cosy and nice! I could picture myself wrapped in quilts and blankets drinking tea... masala tea, of course!

Hi Brittany!
This place is really great, so you should definitely keep it in mind next time you head to Glacier NP!
And the park, as you probably know well, is stunning and worth visiting more than once, for sure!

what a great find! That kitchen looks like you could cook some great meals in there - throw in a hot plate and you'd be all set! Glacier is probably one of my most favorite spots but lodging is always somewhat of a pain to secure. I'll have to check this out next time I'm in the area.
