Although it's hardly "mass" tourism, the food streets of Lahore, Lahore's Delhi Gate, and the Shangri-La resort in northern Pakistan spring to mind as places where tourism has actually prompted the beautification of a locale. Ok, now to book that ticket to Hoi An... <3 Simply beautiful! Seeing this makes me want to go to Vietnam!
