India is my FAVE country to travel, yet also where I've had one of THE most disgusting experiences. I once went to a coffee shop in New Delhi, part of a chain (unbelievably), which turned out to be a bad move. Coffee soon leads to needing a toilet of course, and the bathroom had no windows, no light, and practically no part of the floor, walls, toilet or basin that didn't have what appeared to be (by looks AND smell) a poo like substance smeared over it.
