I suppose it's enough to say that everyone should steer clear of this company and their dishonest business practices. If they can't fulfill orders, they shouldn't take them. It's that simple really. When I started using them March 2014 it was beautiful. However last February 2015 I tried to order 30 prints at one time at $58.50 total never got them, I tried contact at the phone number on the website that's not there number, emailed them several times no reply, oh they sent me copies at one point 2 copies of a previous order not that one. I've found if you order small amounts at one time and/or not to different address at the same time no problem. It's like they are very easy to become confused, however no photos or refunds were produced from that February order. I too Have been stung by Kicksend, I have their app on my iphone.
