"Godforsaken mountain" intreguing at best! OMAN my first trip abroad, remember standing in the rocky wadi of Wadi Mistal. Geographic beauty is to die for! but here I was with my broken(cracked, snapped on the heated rocks!) acrylic (cinderella slipper specially purchased in Mumbai for my 1st "foreign" trip) when I had a melt down! Never thought I'd ever talk about it EVER! ;)) I'm way past that now. Happy travels from Cali USA. The website above is extinct but I have one in wordpress and other places.
