It is often difficult to eat well while traveling... so many new things to try, so many temptations, isn&#039;t it?! But if we travel long term, it is important to keep in mind that you cannot live as if it was just a vacation. Keeping healthy snacks between meals (like the fresh fruits you mention) might be a good start! :)</description>

		<description>Great tips on eating well. I tend to go on a huge carb (and sugar) overload when I travel and forget all about the fruits I normally eat daily at home. I guess I need to be a bit more conscious of what I eat on my next trip away. Thanks for this!</description>
