Minus the bad noodles, everything sounds delicious! And chocolate waffles for breakfast?! What a way to start the day.

Oh yeah, we make it a point to have a proper feast in whatever new destination we go to! ;)
We did have fishballs, pork buns and dim sum - of course! Didn't care so much for the fishballs (at least not the ones we got to have) but we LOVE dim sum. We had such a great dim sum experience at this place called One Dim Sum. I just posted an article about it: http://bkpk.me/tons-of-dim-sum-at-one-dim-sum/ It was absolutely awesome - so much better than the vinegary noodles!

You had a proper feast in Hong Kong I see. Have you tried cha siu baau (barbecued pork stuffed into a bun), fishballs and dim sum with various sauces? I have not seen them in your photos and they are just heaven in your mouth! Your vinegary noodles with undefined toppings look yummy to be though:)
