We had only heard of the 130km/hr winds in Patagonia. However, a trip to Torres Del Paine national park in July 2012 pretty much confirmed what we had heard.
On a regular sunny day with bright blue skies the wind here feels like you’re in the middle of a storm. If you’re sitting indoors, you feel like it’s a beautiful day. Step out and you’ll fly away!
