Tasty clams in Malaga.
If you are ever in a costal region in Portugal or Spain and you like seafood, this is a real treat!
Fresh clams cooked in white wine and smothered up with creamy butter and a touch of herbs.
With a good drink and even better company, you will see the plate getting empty way too quick!
We had this clams in Malaga, by the sea, as we were drinking a “tinto limon” – red wine with lemon juice.
Tastes like summer!
